Scope of Services
Branson Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping and reporting services, including monthly bookkeeping, catch-up and cleanup work, QuickBooks Online setup, and management reporting. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for your engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Not a CPA or Tax Firm
We are not a CPA firm and do not provide tax preparation, tax filing, audit, attest, or legal services. Nothing on this website constitutes tax, legal, or investment advice. Our role is to keep your books accurate and tax-ready so your CPA or tax preparer can file with confidence.
Pricing
Prices shown on this website are starting points and estimates. Final pricing depends on transaction volume, number of accounts, the current state of your books, and other factors, and is confirmed after a free review.
Client Responsibilities
Accurate bookkeeping depends on complete and timely information. You agree to provide access to relevant accounts, statements, and receipts, and to review the reports we deliver. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information.

Voice Ledger App: End-User License Agreement

What it is. Voice Ledger is proprietary software used by Benjamin Branson Bookkeeping (owned and operated by Benjamin Branson) to provide bookkeeping and review services. Clients do not install it or receive a copy.
Permission. By connecting QuickBooks Online, you authorize Benjamin Branson Bookkeeping to access your QuickBooks data through Intuit's official connection solely to provide the services in your engagement agreement.
Read-only by default. New connections start read-only. Any change to your books is drafted first and made only after your review and written approval.
Your data. Your data is never sold or shared for marketing. Connection keys are encrypted and stored on the firm's own computer, not on this website. See the Privacy Policy.
Disconnecting. You can disconnect anytime from your QuickBooks Apps settings or by contacting Benjamin; access ends immediately.
No warranty and limitation of liability. The software is provided as-is. Reports are reviewed by Benjamin but are not tax, legal, or audit opinions. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 3 months before a claim.
Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
